As Kalendari.gr is an exclusively online store, all returns are processed via courier companies. The resulting costs are charged on a case-by-case basis:

- In the case of withdrawal, the return costs are borne by the buyer.
- In the case of return of defective products or products damaged during transport, the return and shipping costs are borne by Kalendari.gr.

The buyer is only required to keep the product in excellent condition, unused, with the packaging intact, and including the original contents and any accompanying material.
If you wish to choose another courier company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by you, even in cases of defective products, wrong orders, or damage during transport.
Parcels returned with a different carrier with recipient charges will not be accepted.
Defective Product
In the event that you receive a defective product, please inform us in writing by sending an e-mail, accompanied by photos, to info@kalendari.gr within 3 days from the date of receipt of your order. You will immediately receive instructions on how to return the product, depending on how you received it.

Defective products must be returned directly to the company in excellent condition and with all the contents of the original packaging in order to be entitled to a refund or product replacement.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the products, and in any case within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used.
